Recycling in the Restigouche region helps divert recyclable materials from landfill, reduce waste, and protect the environment by giving materials a second life.
The recycling program is supported by Circular Materials, a national not-for-profit organization responsible for managing recycling systems for packaging and printed paper across Canada. Working with municipalities and regional service commissions, Circular Materials helps ensure a consistent, efficient, and sustainable recycling system.
